Contemporary Jewellery Designer and Maker

About Me

My photo
I am an applied arts student specialising in jewellery making. I design and make contemporary jewellery. I like travelling and visiting museums all over the world which help me to broaden my horizons and develop new ways of thinking. My jewellery is not just a piece of jewellery but has a narrative. I like my designs to be inspired by people, the environment and daily life around us.

It is my favourite song lyrics embedded into the resin. The song was about a couple of friends who grew and played together. It is quite evocative.

Resin Bangles

This was my first time to make my own mold and used resin mixed with glitter for producing this bangle.

Geometric Form Bangles

I used rectangles and blocks of rectangles for those designs.

I also used geometric forms to design and make those bangles and laser cut on acrylic.

I used geometry forms to design and make the necklaces.

I went to London in Feb for my contextual studies' research. I had my son with me and I took him to the Natural History Museum. It reminded me when my family came to visit from Hong Kong and we spent three days in London. The dinosaurs were the kid's favorite. I designed the T-rex and the triceratop to remind us the happy time we spent together.
